Exhibitor
For those companies wishing to display at the conference, but not join as a Corporate Sponsor, National TASC offers the option to be an Exhibitor. The Exhibitor rate is $750 for a single space and includes one (1) registration for staff. Up to two (2) additional staff may register at the reduced exhibitor registration fee of $250 each. Registered exhibit staff is welcome to participate in all conference activities.
Advertising
There are a variety of advertising opportunities available for the 15th National TASC Conference on Drugs and Crime. Space is available on a first-come first-served basis and priority is given to Corporate Sponsors.

Literature Display
The fee for an Educational Literature Display in the exhibit hall is $250. Unstaffed display tables will be in the Exhibit Hall for free educational literature and promotional materials for services, products and professional meetings. No company staff is required to attend. Plan to supply enough materials (no more than two (2) items) for 500 attendees. Literature must be received at the conference hotel by September 3, 2008. Information will be provided regarding how to address your materials following receipt of payment. Note: display tables may contain materials from multiple companies.
National TASC reserves the right to deny sponsorship, advertising, or literature displays.

General Information
Exhibit Space: Space includes: 8′x10′ space, back and side draping, table, chair, wastebasket, and booth identification sign.
Exhibit Staff: Registered exhibit staff is welcome to participate in all conference activities.
Exhibit Location: Priority placement is given to Corporate Sponsors followed by confirmed exhibitors. The remaining booth assignments are on a first-come, first-served basis. National TASC reserves the right to make final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the show.
Equipment & Services: Participating Corporate Sponsors and exhibitors will receive, in advance, an Exhibitor Service Kit from National TASC. Additional charge requests, such as electrical, telephone line, and audio/visual, will be arranged through National TASC. Shipping forms for your exhibit materials and order forms for extra furniture or accessories will be included in your Exhibitor Service Kit. Each exhibitor must make provisions for safeguarding their goods, materials, equipment and display at all times. Neither National TASC nor the hotel will be responsible loss of or damage to any material by or for any cause.
Hotel: A block of rooms has been reserved at a special conference rate of $199 single/$224 double (plus taxes). Rooms at this special rate will be held until August 2, 2008, subject to availability.
